Joe Quinn began playing guitar and singing professionally at age 14. Through many bands, and as a solo artist, Joe has toured throughout the United States for over 30 years.
He was brought up in the Catholic church, but in 2003, Joe truly surrendered his life to Jesus Christ, and began writing and playing Christian music. With fellow members from the music ministry at his church, Joe formed the band Epyphonae (pronounced “Epiphany”), playing his original music. They released their debut CD, “I Walk with You”, in 2006. Epyphonae was honored as “Best Inspirational Artist” at the 2008 King Cat Music Awards.
After joining the Cross Eyed Records family in 2008, and after many personnel changes, the group is now The Joe Quinn Band, and is looking forward to the release of their new CD in late 2009.
Joe is also a talented artist, creating sketches in the mediums of charcoal and graphite, along with pastel chalks and watercolor pencils. His artwork is unique, using artistic talents, combined with the versatility of computer technology.
“Our truest gratitude to God is expressed when we freely share with others what He has freely given us.” jq
