WOW!!! It’s HOT here in Southern Kansas! Of course, there is no air conditioning in this house either! Lots of box and ceiling fans help much!

Was in KC a couple weeks ago. Had an awesome recording session! I’ll back in the studio in July, and am hoping to have the 3 song EP finished by the end of Summer or early Fall. I’ll keep you all updated.

Quick Update-
The new band is coming together, and we’re working on a recording schedule now. Look for updates very soon!

I’ve moved to a small town in Southern Kansas, but am commuting to KC about half the week to see my kids, do recording, etc. I’m not used to living in “green acres”, but it’s nice and quiet, and peaceful. It took a little time to get used to waking up in the morning and seeing goats, horses, and cows outside the window! And hearing roosters and peacocks instead of alarm clocks! HA!! But it’s nice.

Ok, the tour kinda fell apart! Dates and venues are not quite working out! I feel like God is leading me though, so all is good. I need to stay close to KC and focus on the band and the CD project, so no worries!

I’ll be going to Warsaw, Mo. on Feb. 7 for a week to sell my artwork! I’m really looking forward to getting away for a week! Yeah, I’ll probably be getting one more tattoo.

The band is kickin’ hard, and I’m sooooo pleased with the sound. The last few rehearsals have been awesome!

We’re working on stuff for the new CD, and will be doing serious studio work when I get back. I have to do my artwork tour to Warsaw, come back to KC, then I go to Mississippi for a week. Then we get into the studio. We’ll be releasing the single with 2 bonus tracks sometime in the middle of the year, and hopefully have the whole CD done by the end of the year!

You all have been so very supportive, thank you! Thank you for all the email and prayers, you guys rock!!!
